Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside California.

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. 

At this time, we are accepting orders from customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only.

Ordering Confirmations
After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from Maddie Totes to confirm receipt of your order.

Multiple Ship Addresses
At this time, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses.  If you are sending item as a gift, please indicate the name of the recipient and their address in the shipping address section.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, un-used merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please expect up to 10 days for your return to be processed. Full refunds, excluding original shipping costs, will be given in the same form of payment used for purchase.

All Maddie Totes merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to Maddie Totes and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their return policy for further instruction.

For your protection, we recommend that you send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box.  We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
